On site courses

If you are unable to attend any of our scheduled courses, we are available to conduct a course specific to your needs at your organisation for a fee of $850/day exclusive of all travel, accommodation costs etc.

Operator Course Description

Course Duration
The course duration is 2 days.

Approximately 60% of the time is used for
Hands on exercises.

The goal of this course is to teach students basic
Robotic system knowledge and safe operation.
To be able to manually operate and jog the robot.

Student Profile
This training is targeted at any personnel who is required to

Prerequisites and Recommendations
None.

Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • Identify the robot system and basic components.
  • Safely operate the robot.

Main Topics
Robot system overview, Safety, Manual operation with Flexpendant.
Execution of robot program.

Basic Robot Studio Course Description

Course Duration
The course duration is 2 days.

Course Type
This is an instructor led course.
Approximately 60% of the time is used for
Hands on exercises.

Course Goal
The goal of this course is to teach students the basics of Robot Studio operation.
To be able to create and modify basic RAPID programs Offline.

Student Profile
This training is targeted at any personnel who is required to
create or modify RAPID programs using Robot Studio.

Prerequisites and Recommendations
Basic operation and programming skills in RAPID programming.

Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • Create and modify basic RAPID robot programs using Robot Studio
  • Transfer Program from Robot Studio to real robot system
  • Create and/or import 3 D models & Geometries

To be able to diagnose malfunctions.

This training is targeted at personnel such as Maintenance and service engineers.

Knowledge of operating the system.

Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • Identify the robot system and basic components.
  • Check and verify functionality of basic components
  • Perform basic fault finding.

Main Topics
2 days system overview of hardware and software.

Basic Programming Course Description

Course Duration
The course duration is 4 days.

Course Type
This is an instructor led course.
Approximately 60% of the time is used for
Hands on exercises.

Course Goal
The goal of this course is to teach students basic
Robot programming and safe operation.
To be able to manually operate and jog the robot
As well as create and modify basic RAPID programs

This training is targeted at any personnel who is required to
Operate a robot system.
